Thomas Petit was born in Nice, France. He first came to yoga twelve years ago and quickly developed a taste for what became a passion. Studying first hatha in France and then ashtanga in the UK Thomas traveled to Mysore, India to study with Pattabhi Jois and to reinforce his practice. Over the last years, his approach has become more subtle, exploring another side of yoga: breathing and meditation. Thomas' teaching reflects the different aspects of yoga he has experienced, bringing not only challenge to the body but also to the mind through introspection and containment. He is currently doing the British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Course with Dave Charlton (British Wheel and AYS Trainer). - |

Birgitta Bernhard is an actress, writer and spiritual teacher/medium, who was led onto the path of healing not so much by choice as by guidance, which taught her to honour and surrender to the gift of healing, helping her to serve as a pure channel of light. She believes that we are here to remember who we really are, to express ourselves through joy, unconditional love, creativity and divine intention, as well as to become aware of our true self. Her work helps people to become aware of their true essence and spiritual potential, to connect to their highest guidance, as well as to expand to a higher consciousness. She is guided to teach with truth, integrity, compassion and humour, never forgetting that she too is always learning and growing. | ||
